Purpose of Study
This case study explores how Intelli-Park’s tailored parking solutions have addressed
real-world challenges in the hospitality sector. Partnering with the “AG Hotel Group”,
we conducted site surveys across seven of their hotels, each facing unique parking
issues and implemented tailored solutions to resolve.
About AG Hotels
AG Hotels Group provides premium accommodation at economical prices, with key
locations across the UK. Dedicated to exceptional guest experiences, the Group
faces challenges in managing parking efficiently at their busy sites, where ensuring
convenience and smooth operations is crucial for guest satisfaction.
Parking Wardens & iPark
Blue Waters Hotel is located at the centre of Blackpool’s busy seafront. Tourists often take advantage of the lack of parking enforcement, leaving guests without space and causing numerous complaints.
Due to the numerous entrances to the car park, ANPR cameras would not be able to detect traffic going in and out effectively. This meant we needed to provide traditional and dependable traffic wardens. Guests now enter their details into the iPark system, and the wardens ensure that only registered vehicles use the site.
Our Solutions
Our approach was tailored to the specific needs of each location. Here's an overview of the services we provide to address the various parking challenges.

ANPR
Automatic Numberplate Recognition Cameras (ANPR), capture traffic entering and exiting the sites. These camreas feed into our innovative software and provide the foundation for many parking systems.

Short stay E-Permits. Guests input their details into the on-site tablet to exclude them from Parking Charge Notices (PCNs).

Parking Wardens
On-site parking wardens offer a customer centric approach, de-escalating any potential issues and ensuring rules are followed.

Pre-Booking
Advertising spaces via our trusted partner app "JustPark", turning empty spaces into revenue and showcasing spots to millions of motoristss. In these specific cases we use the term "Park & Fly" to target airport users specifically.

iHub Insights
Our built in data software allows clear visibility of all key site metrics, including capacity fill, busy times, revenue generated, PCNs issue and more.

Intelli-Park’s tailored solutions have been successfully integrated across seven hotels in the AG Hotels group, offering modern, efficient, and user-friendly parking for guests.
From ANPR to park-and-fly services, each solution was carefully chosen to enhance guest convenience and improve the overall parking experience, providing AG Hotels with a competitive edge in the hospitality sector.
Following the successful implementation, the AG group are delighted with our services, and are working to transition to Intelli-Park across their entire estate.
