Building a Trusted Reputation

Throughout the 2000s we partnered with major names including McDonald’s, Savills and the NHS. These clients trust us to this day to manage busy, high-profile sites where parking has a direct impact on customer experience and service delivery.

In 2007 we expanded beyond the original shed to accommodate a growing team. More importantly, we refined the processes and responsiveness needed to support complex estates, lessons that continue to benefit our clients.

Growing Our Expertise

As demand increased, we extended our services across new sectors and regions. By 2009 we had relocated to Beaconsfield, a move that marked an important step in scaling our operations.

Those years were defined by building long term partnerships and developing in-depth knowledge of different site types, from residential and retail to healthcare and mixed-use schemes. This experience laid the groundwork for the innovation that followed.

A New Vision Takes Shape

In 2022 the appointment of Ben Cooke as CEO marked the start of a new phase for Intelli-Park. With a forward-looking vision, the business set out to become a leader in technology-driven parking solutions, while keeping service and fairness at the core of what we do.

This meant investing in new platforms, strengthening our teams and aligning our offer so clients could access enforcement, monitoring, payments and insight through a single partner.

A Transformational Year

2023 was a landmark year. A full rebrand brought our services together under the Intelli-Park name, reflecting our commitment to smarter, tech enabled parking management.

Innovation remained central with the launch of eCam, our solar powered camera system for 24/7 zone monitoring, designed to protect high priority bays such as EV chargers and hatched areas. We also opened a branch in Germany, extending our reach and experience across European markets.

Pioneering Growth and Innovation

In 2024 we further strengthened our position by acquiring Bank Park, bringing additional expertise in paid parking and EV charging and increasing the scale of our operations.

With an expanding international presence and a growing suite of digital tools, Intelli-Park continued to evolve into a partner that can manage, monitor and optimise entire parking estates, not just individual sites.

Looking Ahead

For over 20 years we have helped clients regain control of their parking through smart monitoring, fair enforcement and clear insight, and continue to grow with the acquisition of Total Parking Solutions.
