Throughout the 2000s, we partnered with industry giants like McDonald’s, Savills, and the NHS. These collaborations helped establish us as a trusted name in parking management, known for reliability and results.

In 2007, we expanded operations from the shed, setting up in the extension to accommodate our growing team.

Growing Our Expertise

During this decade, we expanded our services into new sectors of parking enforcement solutions across the UK. By 2009, we had relocated to Beaconsfield—a pivotal moment that symbolised our scaling success. A New Vision Takes Shape

The appointment of Ben Cooke as CEO marked the start of an exciting transformation. With a forward-thinking vision, Ben set out to position the business as a leader in technology-driven parking solutions.

A Transformational Year

Intelli-Park marked a significant milestone with a rebrand that reflected our commitment to smarter, tech-enabled parking solutions. As part of this transformation, we expanded our expertise by acquiring Secure-A-Space.

We also took over the management of our first car park at Covent Garden, previously overseen by NCP. Innovation was a key focus with the launch of eCam, a solar-powered camera system designed for 24/7 zone monitoring. Additionally, Intelli-Park extended its global reach by opening a new branch in Germany, establishing a presence in the European market.

Pioneering Growth and Innovation

We further strengthened our position in the industry by acquiring Bank Park, adding scale and capability to our growing portfolio.

Under the leadership of Ben Cooke and with an expanding international presence, Intelli-Park solidified its reputation as a leader and innovator in parking technology and management.
